Cynthia Jaffe, Licensed Midwife
Cynthia is a graduate of the Seattle Midwifery School. She received her Midwifery License in 1991, and opened her practice on Whidbey Island in 1991. She has a BA from the University of Illinois and has done Master’s work there as well. Cynthia has been in private practice since receiving her license. She has attended over 1000 births since beginning her training.
